Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Deep Technologies, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for all products and services. Please read this policy carefully before making any transactions.
1. General Refund Guidelines
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to account@deepit.com.
- Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method or given account details by the customer
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days upon approval.
- Bank charges, processing fees, or any third-party fees (e.g. payment gateway, domain registrar) are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or show signs of abuse.
2. Eligibility for Refunds by Product/Service
a. Web Hosting Services
- Full refund available if canceled within 30 days of initial purchase.
- No refunds for renewals or cancellations after 30 days.
- If free domain was included, domain charges will be deducted from refund amount.
b. Domain Names
- Domains (registration, renewal, transfer) or any domain-related services like privacy are non-refundable.
c. Web Design & Development Services
- 30% deduction of the package cost cancellation fee after work begins.
- 70% deduction of the package cost if the design draft/homepage layout has been delivered.
- Non-refundable after 30 days of the initial payment.
d. Software & Digital Products
- Non-refundable once downloaded or license issued.
- Trial versions (if available) should be evaluated before purchase.
e. Sitelock & Security Products
- Refundable within 30 days only if product has not been activated or services used.
- Malware clean-up services are non-refundable once initiated.
f. Email, SSL, and Cloud Services
- Non-refundable.
h. One-time Services (Expert Setup, Troubleshooting, etc.)
- Non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription or service renewal at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
- To avoid charges, cancellations must be requested 5 working days before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Refunds are subject to the eligibility criteria above.
4. Special Offers, Bundles, and Discounts
- If a product is sold with a bundled service (e.g. free domain with hosting), refunds will be processed after deducting the full retail cost of the non-refundable item.
- Discounts and promo codes are not eligible for refund or reactivation if service is canceled or refunded.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may lead to account suspension or service termination.
- We urge you to contact our support team to resolve billing disputes amicably.
- Deep Technologies reserves the right to contest chargebacks and recover associated fees.
6. Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who abuse our policy or display patterns of excessive or repeated refund requests. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Submitting multiple refund requests for the same service under different names/accounts.
- Taking advantage of money-back periods for repeated free usage.
- Unauthorized use or violation of service terms.
7. Policy Updates
This refund policy may be updated at our discretion. When we make changes, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of the policy. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
